Delivery

Q1. Do you deliver Nationwide?
Yes.
We deliver throughout Ireland: from Tyrone to Cork and from Dublin to Galway.

Q2. Do you deliver all year round?
We deliver all year round with the exception of January.
We deliver from February 1st to December 20th.
6 days a week: Monday - Saturday (Weather permitting).
We do not deliver in very windy, icy or flood conditions.

Q3. Do you use you own vehicles?
Yes.
We use our own vehicles and drivers to deliver the Activity Play Systems.
This guarantees;

1. Timely deliveries & greater flexibility.
2. Virtually no problems or mistakes (as our drivers are trained with each system).
3. Advice can be given on location considerations - The best & safest area to locate the Activity Play System in your garden.

Q4. Do your delivery rates reflect distance from your factory?
Yes.
Delivery is only a token charge and only partly covers the cost of fuel & drivers wages.
Example: delivery to Cork is more expensive than delivery to Dublin.
We try to group deliveries, (for the same area), together.

Assembly

Q5. What does delivery & full assembly mean?
Delivery & full assembly means that we do everything.
All that we require is a fairly level, well drained site and clear access to your back garden. One of our professional assembly teams will construct your chosen activity play system to a professional standard in accordance with EN71 European Safety Standards .

Q6. I have a small garden!!
Can you reduce the size of the Activity Play System?
The Castle discovery (9 in 1)
Yes. This system can be shortened from 6m x 5m to 5m x 5m.
You will lose one swing.

The Castle Discovery "Adventure"
Yes. This system can be shortened from 3.6m x 5m to 3m x 5m.
You will lose one swing.

The Castle Discovery "Adventure" (with scramble net)
Yes. This system can be shortened from 5m x 5m to 4.2m x 5m.
You will lose one swing.

The Castle Discovery "Commando"
Yes. This system can be shortened from 5m x 5m to 4.2m x 5m.
You will lose one swing.

The Junior discovery (4 in 1)
This system cannot be shortened. The minimum area that you require is 4m x 3.6m

Q7. Can the Professional Assembly Service save us money?
Yes.
Our assembly teams have an array of professional high torque and impact tools, they are insured and experienced in their use. This has several benefits to you:

1. No risk to your personal safety as this is not a DIY project.
2. No need to purchase or hire expensive power tools.
3. None of your valuable time taken up.
4. Professional job done - for your children to enjoy for years!

Q8. Maintenance?
All of our Activity Play Systems are Pressure Treated to last for up to 20 years!

It is a always a good idea to paint or reseal any outdoor timber structures with a good timber protection paint/sealer eg. Ronseal, Bondex, Cuprinol.
It will keep your Activity Play System looking fresh and new.

Q9. Payment?
You only pay on delivery. We do not require a deposit or payment up front.
We accept cash, bankers draft or personal cheque, (only when accompanied with a personal cheque guarantee card).
